Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for placing financial products in the Indonesian market (including unlimited app stores, GG, FB, TT, etc.), to achieve the KPI goal of new users.
2. Develop different advertising strategies for different channels, optimize the creativity of materials, conduct Data Analysis and summary of creative materials, and provide reasonable suggestions for user operations.
3. Conduct result analysis on key advertising data, regularly output advertising effect evaluation reports, and optimize the ROI of advertising placement.
4. Cross-departmental teamwork to ensure the effectiveness of advertising and the achievement of business goals.
5. Continuously expand and try new advertising styles and new media buying channels to reduce advertising costs.
Requirements
Requirements
1.985/211 university, more than 3 years of experience in overseas mainstream ad placement, understand the advertising placement mechanism and strategy of various mainstream overseas media channels.
2. Have systematic experience and ideas in advertising optimization, and the ability to analyze the conversion rate data of each link.
3. Excellent problem-solving ability and stress resistance, strong execution ability, and the ability to self-drive in-depth study of facts and data to promote continuous breakthroughs.
4. Strong team communication and collaboration skills, with a pioneering spirit and strong adaptability are preferred.

KPI requirements
Achieve an increase of 10,000 deposit trading users with average deposit of 1000usd, the user's cost is lower than XX or the roi is greater than XX, reward 2-month salary as the year-end bonus. If achieve an increase of 20,000 deposit trading users with average deposit of 1000usd, the user's cost is lower than XX or the roi is greater than XX, reward 6-month salary as the year-end bonus.
Probation requirements:
1. Verified the placement effect of each channel, and the new deposit users reached 4000+, with the average deposit of 1000 USD
2. Ad placement cost and roi meet business requirements.
