Canopy is a fast-growing financial technology company with traction in the market. We provide aggregation, visualization, analytics, and reporting services to global financial institutions, wealth managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Our company is only successful when Canopy is actively used by our clients and that's why we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team.


What you’ll do

As a Client Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure Canopy clients are achieving their business objectives, monitor their account health and drive engagement activities. You have a passion for delivering excellent client service and you constantly think of ways to improve the client experience.

The focus of the Client Success Team is to ensure our clients receive maximum value from Canopy’s software and develop a sustainable and long-term relationship with our company. Client retention and growth are key objectives of our team. Our team achieves this through dedicated client management, troubleshooting issues effectively, communicating client feedback, and collaborating with internal teams on all aspects of the business.

You will be trained on internal products and develop deep product knowledge. You should be a quick thinker, be resilient and eager in tackling complex and/or unstructured problems. This is a unique opportunity to help drive and shape not just your own role and team, but the success of the company as we scale.


You will:

  • Own the relationships with clients and engage them through the client journey: onboarding, training, adoption, support and contract renewal
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and address ad-hoc client queries
  • Analyze user engagement data and execute account plans to ensure the client is gaining value from Canopy’s products
  • Develop, implement, and refine target user engagement models to ensure our company is focused on client success
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that makes sense for the client
  • Identify at-risk clients, proactively engage and develop an action plan to address that risk
  • Contribute to post-sales marketing materials and support websites
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Data, Product etc.) to resolve client issues
  • Share client feedback with the wider team to inform the product development and feature prioritization



Requirements


  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in sales / client success / account management
  • Preferably have exposure to banking or wealth management industry
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments amp; capital markets (amp; FinTech industry)
  • BA/BS degree in Business or Finance preferred
  • Must have an interest in technology and be able to grasp concepts quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Englkish amp; Chinese
  • Enthusiastic with strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Able to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Willingness to learn new things and get your hands dirty!
