• Be familiar with all the items of logistic contract and comprehensively understand the assignment and demanding of the clients
• Supervise the execution of the project
• Keep good communication with customers
• Review SOP/Work instruction timely
• Train subordinate and improve teams’ skills and efficiency
• Analyze complaints with actions plan

• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

• College or above
• At least 5 years related working experience in 3rd logistics, 2 years in supervisor position
• Excellent communication skills, Excellent skills in MS Office
• Pro-active, fast acting, supportive thinking

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude
