About the role:
As a Freight Consolidation and Truck Expert, you will be responsible for the coordination of or arranging pickup of goods from factories to warehouses. The perfect candidate has strong local contacts with trucking and warehousing companies, as well as a good understanding of the freight forwarding business and cardo consolidation. You should also be familiar with China Customs regulations.
You will manage customs clearance and arrange documents from suppliers for US customs. Cost optimization and suggesting the best solution for cost savings will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to plan different factories’ cargo consolidation and arrange the trucking for the cargo pickup from the factories.
