About the role
- From a technical and business perspective, discuss with product managers on back-end and end-end Ramp;D, and design, develop, evolve and deliver high-quality and stable front-end systems in an iterative manner
- Improve the team's Ramp;D capabilities by influencing and leading a rapidly developing team of more than 5 people
- Help the team improve the stability of delivery quality by formulating front-end development specifications and other methods
- By analyzing the characteristics of product 2B and 2C, make reasonable technical selection and tool selection to help improve team Ramp;D efficiency
- Through the construction of the front-end architecture and the design and development of public components, help improve the Ramp;D efficiency of the front-end team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major, more than 5 years relevant work experience (excluding internship period)
- Good English communication skills
- Able to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript to build high-performance web applications; skilled use of Vue.js is preferred
- Proficient in using grunt, gulp, webpack and other tools
- Have some understanding and dabbling in back-end development, and have used language frameworks such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, PHP, etc. for basic development work
- Have a solid basic knowledge of algorithms, data structures and computer networks
- Passionate about technology, strong independent and active learning ability, good communication and expression ability and teamwork ability
While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered
- Full of interest in the pre-research and introduction of cutting-edge technologies, and have their own opinions
- Familiar with Linux, MySQL and other server technologies
- Contributors with their own technical products, open source works or active open source community are preferred
