JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision for our Analytics platform and Data Centric product capability. This position also manages the Product Strategy, Roadmap and builds the effective team structure to realize the Vision for Analytics capabilities across our product suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape the Vision of our Analytics platform based on the company Vision, market landscape and competitor analysis.
- Define the Product Strategy and maintain the Roadmap toward the Vision, align with Business Strategy and keep stakeholders informed/ aligned.
- Build the right team structure and lead the execution of Product Strategy for Analytics platform through the collaboration with other teams.
- Support team to manage and prioritization the backlog of Analytics features for all products. This involves the systematization of all customer feedback, feature requests, as well as data-driven insights for the evolution of all products.
- Own the full Product Development lifecycle and process of all Analytics features. Constantly review and refine the process to implement best practices.
- Lead strong partnerships with Inspectorio’s product management, Engineering teams with the goal of encouraging greater collaboration between teams as a means to maintain and expand our product-market fit.
- Direct communication and management of Analytics work streams with our Strategic Customer Accounts.
- Coaches the product members employing Product Development Best Practices
- Lead, nurture and mentor product team
REQUIREMENTS
1. Product Management best practice:
- Product Development: Good knowledge and embracement of Agile principles/Scrum methodology. More than 3 years of experience working as Product Manager.
- Prioritization Frameworks: Good knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as RICE/Kano/MoSCoW/Scoring Model
- UX: Good knowledge of UX Design Patterns amp; best practices for Analytics applications (Dashboard, Reports, Visualization). Able to create convincing wireframes amp; user flows
2. Strategic Skills: Understands the competitive landscape and industry trends. Uses this insight to inform product strategy and identify sustainable competitive advantages for the product area.
3. People and Leadership Skills:
- Is a good communicator; can build good relationships with stakeholders;
- Manage a team of Product Owner and able to motivate the Product Team to execute Product Strategy toward the Product vision;
- Supports amp; Mentors a group of product team members by adopting Product Management Best Practices by proactively providing feedback and leading by example.
4. Analytics:
- Experienced to use high level data visualization and BI tools to create Dashboard/ Report (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau )
- Have been building Dashboard/ Reporting tools and creating data visualizations is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical subjects at a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
