We are looking for a Freelance Localization RTL (Right-to-Left) Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate has a very good understanding of both Arabic and/or Hebrew.
This role is 100% remote, but you must be based in China to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work as an RTL (Right-to-Left) language owner, coordinating localization projects through internal and external resources
- Streamline the RTL localization process, create the language style guides and maintain the translation memory
- Determine the Translation Verification Testing (TVT) scope according to the UI spec and design Wiki. Perform TVT and bug verification
- Work with the engineering team to debug and fix the l10n/i18n issues
- Work in a team environment to deliver quality product to local market
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in English or Computer Science or related field
- Good understanding of Arabic and Hebrew
- Familiar with translation tools Trados and Localization Process
- Broad understanding of various technologies and applications used in the localization process
- Understanding of basic concepts of glossary compilations, TM creation and maintenance required
- RTL language localization experience
- Experience with different documentation formats and common image files
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated and great team player
- Good multitasking capabilities
