Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Build customer loyalty in the assigned portfolio. Be the main sales contact for the branch/ network customers.
- Assist and support outside sales in the sales task management. Participate in accounts qualification.
- Manage appointments for outside sales. Telemarketing. Reply enquiries and quotes to existing accounts. Handle SME (A3).
- Inside sales has a target to achieve
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Participate in prospect account qualification (mapping, sales calls)
- Assist and support Outside Sales in his/her daily sales activities (presentations, quotations)
- Develop assigned portfolio (presentations and quotations)
- Elaborate quotations with the Outside Sales approval for SME accounts
- Communicate to Outside Sales all useful sales information needed for sales portfolio management
- Identify middle and big potential accounts and support outside sales/BM
- Maintain and update the requested performance indicators
- Sales lead administration (CRM, follow up)
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree or above
- Minimum 2 year experience in Freight forwarding
- Good command of English
- MS Suite proficient
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- CRM knowledge preferred
