WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an accomplished Account Director with impressive cross-channel experience and a flair for building relationships and driving results for clients.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Independently communicate with clients to agree on deliverables, timelines etc. Be able to translate clients' request into actions and lead the team to deliver the right answers.
- Understand business commercial and profitability to manage the workload. Be able to negotiate down any unnecessary requests and provide alternative options.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders as well as internal teams
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Cross checking processes to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within cost/budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress with a good understanding on priorities, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 8 years of experience with 5+ years in digital media advertising experience, has a strong business sense to understand the deliverables and setup the right approach. Be able to understand client's media / advertising project brief, and debrief with a clear step by step plan to the Activation team
- Strong communication skills with strategic thinking, strong client management experiences. Fluent English speaking.
- Good client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Strategic planning and team management experience
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Results and target driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter, strong leadership skill set
