Job Description

Summary

The position will cultivate and build long term relationships with existing and new clients, close new business deals, persuade decision-makers, negotiate service contracts and manage client relationships. This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic and results-orientated individual, with an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a track record of surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing new relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long term relationships with our clients.
    • Own the proposal generation process and delivering quotes in partnership with the delivery teams.
    • Generate new business to meet and exceed our revenue and customer acquisition targets both individually and as a team.
    • Develop a sales strategy in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business.
    • Attend client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
    • Engage with non-sales teams as appropriate, to develop and align on plans and priorities.
    • Input all sales activity and pipeline detail on a regular basis into Salesforce CRM and provide regular weekly feedback on sales performance.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue target prospects and prospective clients within Shenzhen and/or other cities in China.
    • Collaborate with other Sales teams in Asia/Global when required for cross-border deals.

    Requirements

    • More than 5 years of sales (B2B) experience in the gaming industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience of selecting and managing outsourced vendors in the gaming industry.
    • An existing network of contacts within the gaming industry would be hugely beneficial.
    • Methodical approach to building a pipeline.
    • Ability to forecast opportunities.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be self-motivated.
    • Willingness to work within a multinational environment.
    • An organised individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools.
    • This position is to be based in Shenzhen, China. The suitable candidate will need to have language proficiency (professional business level) in both Simplified Chinese and Japanese, as well as to be able to secure valid work pass in China. Fluency in English language is advantageous.
