Job Description
Provide oversight to ensure the business operational management maintains a robust control environment, to evaluate and improve the operational effectiveness in compliance with company policies and procedures.
1. Establish and standardize the business risk control process to ensure compliance with the internal control standards and guidelines of the company.
2. Define and conduct the risk review process for system or large-scale integrating projects. Organize the RR meeting and prepare the sales contract checklist both incl. commercial amp; technical part.
3. Assist in negotiation of contracts for the business and engineering project execution from a contract perspective in cooperation with project controlling.
4. Draft and review business contracts and agreements as the development and diversity of business models, as well as the different cooperation mode with partners.
5. Provide the measures to avoid risks as input into a variety of business development projects especially in Asia Pacific and United States to ensure all the sales activities in compliance with the local region commercial regulations.
6. Establish the customer credit control system to improve the efficiency of business operations by cooperating with Finance team.
7. Deliver the periodic commercial risks related training to the business team.
8. Ownership of risk controlling from business and operational perspective.
Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in commercial law with business risk controlling or related qualifications required.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-tech industry preferably multinational company.
3. Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
4. Well-organized, flexible and solution-oriented with good business acumen, strong communication skills.
5. Team spirit, collaborative, pro-active, self-motivated in rigorous manner.
