Job Description
In this role, as a Service Operation Specialist you will be the person for Service Operation in Shanghai, China, providing support and advice on Flexiv products, spare parts, software and services.
Reporting to the Service Operation Associate Manager, you will be supporting local and oversea service engineering teams and customers.
1. Manage the spare part LCM to support customers with the RFQ/technical questions for the whole life cycle of the Flexiv products, by working closely with SCM and Ramp;D to follow up the ECR-N.
2. Handle with service leads amp; requests and dispatch the service tickets to FSE if needed.
3. Analyze service data and customers’ satisfaction survey for service improvement.
4. Support the sales team by providing the recommended spare part list.
5. Support the Client Cloud Service project as key stakeholder to set up the aftersales service request process including warranty/repair/SI request, to make sure whenever Flexiv products can be taken care.
6. Support in spare part pricing optimization and stock planning, the development of overseas service operation.
7. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
1. At least 3 years’ engineering, business, customer service, spare part support and service operation experience in the relevant industry.
2. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Possessing good communication in both Chinese and English is desired, as well as problem-solving skills, coordination skills, cross departments.
4. An individual who is result-orientated and very responsible with strong ability to solve problems.
