What your day to day will look like:
  • Work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, Regional MD and the Marketing and Sales team. You’ll leverage our world class content to open conversations with ambitious businesses in China and across APAC.
  • Build ambitious account strategies to create predictable revenue streams, owning a revenue target of $2+m.
  • Own strategic business relationships with 5-6 of our most promising clients in the region (MNC/Global 1000)
  • Grow our ongoing projects into large long term partnerships (deal size $70-500k)
  • Play a key role in the regional leadership team, collaborating to drive account growth and shared success for our clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A track record of achieving (+$2m) account sales in strategy / innovation consulting / professional services in APAC - this is not a product sell
  • Experience in managing and growing strategic relationships with Global 1000 companies
  • A passion for business design and growth strategies
  • Native Mandarin and fluent English
  • A deep understanding of what it takes to become a Trusted Advisor
