• They should summarize the enterprise-level problems that customers face when using canva at the weekly meeting, and put forward appropriate suggestions for solving the problems.
• They should keep abreast of design trends and canva’s new development content and new tools to ensure the continuous development of customer resources and use new resources to adapt and iterate the customer’s content

• With the development of the toB business, we have some long-term stable corporate customers. Due to frequent customer needs and high delivery timeliness requirements, and a strong dependence on designers, the canva studio team needs to provide stable designer resources to support customers’ design requirements to maintain customer satisfaction and promote additional purchases and renewal. make an appointment.

• Responsible for the application and extension design of the customer's brand VI in business scenarios, and undertake daily design requirements such as branding and operation (including but not limited to posters, banners, details pages, promotional pages, outdoor advertising, etc.).
• Assist account managers to analyze and guide customer needs, and enable design and execution through effective communication.
• Balance the scheduling of multiple tasks, control the design process and feedback rhythm throughout the process, and be responsible for the results.
• Canva marketing team brand operation design requirements and other design projects.

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in graphic design, visual communication and other majors. Proficient in PS, AI and other Adobe series design software, familiar with Mac system.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in the design industry, design work experience in an Internet company or Party B is preferred.
• Strong execution skills, able to work on design projects independently, with a certain degree of coordination and management thinking.
• Good at communication, have a good teamwork spirit, and can work remotely without barriers.
• This position requires candidates to provide a design portfolio (must be their own independent original design works, preferably containing commercial design projects that have already landed, original illustration, font design, C4D, and photography are extra points).
