In this position, based at our Shanghai Office, you are responsible for coordination and management of several projects in development and recently deployed. This role requires interest in retail/luxury industry and customer experience as well as the ability to work mostly on administration, coordination and problem-solving tasks. It also requires an open-mind, strong organization skills and willingness to learn project management.
The duties will involve assisting the Client Relationship Managers (CRM) with various aspects of day-to-day operations for an extensive portfolio of prestigious accounts. Such duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Fieldwork follow up to ensure programs run on time, with follow up to local offices
- Update of Forecast to ensure all coming projects are well registered in CXG platform
- Weekly communication to CRM to make sure all offers/contracts are up to date on IT system (Insightly)
- Ensure invoices are sent out on time
- No later than 1 week after contract signature for new contract
- No later than 10 days after wave ends (last visit submitted)
- Attend kick off call
- Project Management on 1 or 2 accounts, in duo with CRM
- Upon request from CRM:
- Creation of logins (to be created within 3 days after email received from CRM)
- Location list update within 4 days (upon request from CRM)
- Client direct communication on operational tasks: logins, location list update, etc
Requirements
- Previous Work Experience:
- Previous Internship experience in the field of operations or project management
- Educational Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree or Masters 2
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Exemplary oral and written communications skills in English
- Microsoft Office proficient
