Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business that supplies over sixty fashion brands to retailers across the globe. This is achieved by wholesaling emerging brands through dedicated showroom platforms including London, Paris, Milan, New York and Shanghai . Customer orders are fulfilled directly through the brands where Tomorrow acts as an agent or directly through Tomorrow’s warehouses where we act as a distributor.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate Regional Sales Manager to manage Tomorrow brands in Greater China Region. This is a position of critical importance to the future growth and development of the Tomorrow wholesale business in Asia.

What your day to day will look like

  • Deliver strong sales performance and direction within the high segment Womenswear and Menswear business in your region.
  • Execute sales/channel strategy, lead by local leadership, that are appropriate for the target customer amp; market by articulating the Brands expression as distinct product values and, aesthetics, and to communicate succinctly this vision to the customer and future prospects.
  • Execute the strategy for Tomorrow brands, in collaboration with the local leadership team and brand management team in headquarter, further developing the brands already impressive brand heritage, DNA and high-quality product offering globally.
  • Create a first-class Product Merchandising strategy amp; process that supports.
  • Meet company targets by determining goals and objectives in sales and profits for the category.

What you need to succeed?

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry
  • Understanding of local sales processes and market knowledge, driven by consumer insight and data
  • Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses is a plus
  • Initiative amp; ability to influence and take action where necessary
  • A clear, concise communication and interpersonal skills and eye for detail
  • Problem solving amp; leadership skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and resolve conflict
  • Clientele management experience, preferably of an operational staff
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
