We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Administrator who will join us and contribute to the HR management of our Shanghai team. We expect the scope of this role to grow and cover later on other countries in Asia to become an HR Business Partner for our APAC countries.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks by supporting the HR department in numerous duties, including posting job ads, updating HR database, processing employees’ requests and many more.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
- Lead the recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interview schedule until selection of candidates)
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator (5 years +)
- Hand on experience with HRMS
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Confidentiality
- Knowledge of China labor legislation. International exposure is a big +
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
