Mission:
The primary mission of the Logistics Specialist is to plan and execute the consolidated container based on sales data across the China supplier base, so that container is best utilized while all deliveries meet the required timescales and follow expected internal processes.
The secondary mission of the Logistics Specialist is to be in charge of data completion and reporting, including document preparation, Inbound shipment status on logistics databases, inbound receiving stock reconciliation.
The final mission of the Logistics Specialist is to identify, share and solve logistics problems, mainly those related to origin departure and destination coordination.

Activities:
You will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the logistics operation functions are conducted smoothly and efficiently in from the China region to customers based in the US/Europe/Canada;
Consolidate the containers across the China supplier base
Coordinate ocean booking between factories and forwarder
Complete and review commercial invoices and packing lists
Preparing inbound shipping orders for destination warehouses
Reconcile in-transit stock amp; Regular update of shipment Track and Trace data on logistics databases
Reviewing, cleansing and entering logistics data sets, including product shipping specifications
You will support the maintenance of order management discrepancies and communications, both domestic and internationally, as it relates to shipments while in collaboration with the Logistics Manager facilitating new processes to enhance the efficiency and improve customers’ satisfaction level
Generating and sharing logistics reports to stakeholders;
You will work closely and interface with internal stakeholders: Finance, Sales amp; Marketing and Customer Services
Report the weekly/monthly statistics.
Investigate the cause of delivery failure, and cooperate to propose improvement measures and implement in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
You monitor logistics current events and alert the necessary stakeholders when escalation is needed
You will perform audit review of logistics processes with the management team when necessary
Support special projects when needed as assigned by the management team
