OverviewCriteo is in search of organized self-motivated Account Strategists to join our Account Strategy team in China. You will be working with ad networks and advertisers from the contract to implementation stages as well as supporting optimization of ad campaigns for both Criteo and Criteo's inventory partners. As part of the global leader in personalized retargeting solutions, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and up-selling post sale communications with our client partners. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help with increasing our revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients.
What You'll Do
  • Effectively manage relationships and account performance with top advertisers and agencies.
  • Constant monitoring, analyzing and optimizing client partners’ campaign performance.
  • Drive regular client meetings at different levels in the advertisers and agencies organization.
  • Ownership of the contact, event and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool.
  • Aggressively grow revenue and up-sell the new solutions to the existing clients aligned with the company strategy
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteos service.
Who You Are
  • BA/BS degree, Master degree is a plus
  • 4+ working experience in online advertising or IT industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation, leading to revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the China online market.
  • Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills. Must be proficient in formulas, vlookups and modeling.
