Responsibilities:

• Improve and optimize existing hiring process, work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions;
• Implement strategies and methods on candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
• Effectively manage recruiting vendors, including job boards, social media and recruiting agencies;
• Perform analysis on recruiting progress and outcome via ATS and excel spreadsheet;
• Conduct CV screening, HR pre-talk, on-line test arrangement, interview scheduling and talent placement;
• Assist in organizing recruiting events for hiring for SmartNews globally in China;
• Other people operations related tasks;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition;
• High degree of proficiency in office software set, ATS and HRIS;
• Business level English;
• Great competencies in communication, coordination, team spirit and logic;
• Highly stress resistant, self-motivated and outcome-oriented;

• Experience with internet start-up handling multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously;
• Worked on the whole process of hiring, from job brief, talent profile to the prospective employee engagement and on-boarding;
• Headhunting expert in Internet/AI industry is highly preferred;
• Ability and mindset on self-development, challenging oneself, and being a life-long learner.
