Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and proceed in multiple vehicles-based library generation and development (viral vector, phage, yeast, etc ).
2.Design and proceed in multiple vectors construction, optimization, and protein evolution.
3.To assist in-vitro and in-vivo functional screening and validation.
Requirements
1.Master Degree or above in life science or biomedical fields
2.Be proficient in molecular biology with strong hands-on expertise. Expertise in different approaches to cloning.
3. Experience in cell culture and cell-based functional validation.
4.Experience in any library generation and development is recommended.
5.Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin, Proficient in English.
6.Highly self-motivated, result and detail-oriented, analytical and innovative thinking, strong organizational and mature interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, team-oriented research environment are required.
