You’re part of Brooks.Your Job:The Brand Director is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the brand strategy in China. You will lead brand-related initiatives including: Go-To-Market for brand and product campaigns, product marketing, brand narratives, and public relations. You will localize and translate the annual and seasonal global brand campaigns to attract target audiences into the Brooks brand at the right points in the customer journey to deliver key performance metrics such as market share, revenue, and brand affinity. This role will work with counterparts at HQ to refine the go-to-market strategy for Brooks in China by integrating input from key stakeholders, understanding key market drivers, anticipating future consumer trends in the marketplace, and shaping the innovative marketing strategy to align with those trends. You will lead and develop a team of high-performing and savvy marketing agencies and will inspire the team to operate in an agile environment where we are building new ways to reach and engage runners.This position plays a key role in developing and driving the long-term strategic vision to support both business and brand objectives to make Brooks the leader in China’s performance running market. This role reports to the General Manager International Markets.Your Responsibilities: · Build and deliver a localized marketing strategy and execution to drive brand demand, brand health, and profitable growth. Translate the strategy into action plans through the marketing calendar, seasonal integrated marketing campaigns, and brand hero moments. Steward the brand purpose and expression across marketing executions and communications.· Develop, lead and manage agency partnerships, establish scope of work, and ensure attainment of determined marketing deliverables and accountability for successful metrics.· Leadmedia strategyin partnership with marketing agency. Devise a sound media investment strategy through the full funnel with a focus on customer growth, traffic (to online flagships) and elevating brand perception. · Refine the China sales strategy and build the in-country sales function as brand awareness grows and the retail POV is defined· Manage China TP and our in-market online strategy to convert and retain runners.· Partner with GM, International Markets and China TP to develop a seasonal demand plan that supports capturing demand with responsible inventory management.· Provide weekly reporting to Brooks HQ on all aspects of the business sales, marketing, operations - .
