About the role
A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply of products to meet customer and business needs.
We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, and is able to identify and implement continuous improvement activities. This exciting role is ideal for an individual that is willing to get stuck into the detail of the supply plan whilst still managing to focus on the big picture.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have;
- 2-5 years’ experience in a supply planning environment, preferably in the FMCG area
- Experience in a supplier facing role within a logistics or supply chain capacity
- Ability to take ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result
- Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including sales operations and demand planning
- Experience in supplier pricing negotiations
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
- Outstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomalies
- Be a quick learner with great problem solving skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Experience with implementing new supply planning tools/software
- Proficiency in Italian is beneficial
