The Marketing Team CoordinatorChinais responsible for undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Your duties include handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format and providing support to senior marketing staff as the executive marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and prepare executive meeting decks and marketing deck to support campaigns
- Purchase marketing order as requirement
- Support for marketing function in organizing various projects
- Conduct market research and analyse campaign reports
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Reporting Relationships:
- This role reports into the Marketing Director APAC (including Travel Retail)
Requirements
- University graduate degree
- 1-3 years working experiences preferred, outstanding recent graduates is also welcomed
- Fluent in spoken and written English + Chinese
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Internal opportunity across marketing function for good performer
