Client Director Purpose
Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams to aid business growth
Role
Externally: To develop long-lasting client partnerships and advocacy, through strategic understanding of the client’s business and brand challenges, translating into outstanding client briefs, that ultimately lead to business growth
Internally: Champion collaboration with internal teams, partnering with the Creative team to find opportunities to grow the brands, and drive effective project delivery, Motivate and inspire the Client Services team, providing direction and development opportunities to enable them to reach their potential.

Client Relationships
Builds a client partnership mentality, always seeking to build connections between the client’s business needs and jkr

Formulates and communicates client development plans

Develops and delivers deep financial, structural and emotional bonds with clients
