Requirements

Technical skill

• Can execute complex Test Cases by following standard
• Good familiarity with Selenium and how to code on this platform
• Can write Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, providing proper results
• Properly Manage JIRA and Confluence for the reports
• Understand Penetration Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing and different tools utilized for these tests

Soft skills

• English
  • Overall good English - reading, speaking and listening
  • Can communicate with foreigners on comprehensive project topics
• Can proactively listen and understand others with agreements
• Can always work on multiple tasks with good result
• Can collaborate with team members and some external stakeholders

Process

• Has rich agile experience and can coach team members on agile practices
