Externally: To develop client relationships, through pro-active communication and creative problem solving
Internally: Collaborates with internal teams, bringing together the right people to get to the best creative output, while supporting the Client Services team in delivering effective project management
Client Relationships
Proactive and responsive, constantly striving for excellent client service levels across the business
Flexible and adaptable to client’s needs
Tracks and reports project progress including excellent contact reports
Develops strong relationships with Brand Managers and their equivalents
Aware of the client structure
Creativity
Understands the jkr design philosophy and can bring it to life with relevant jkr case studies
Frames objective feedback in creative reviews against the brief
Demonstrates an understanding of the time it takes to get to great creative work
Creative Delivery
Displays a clear understanding of jkr’s design process and the clients design process
Commercial Acumen
Demonstrates a good understanding of the agency fees required to deliver great work
Demonstrates basic financial administration
Displays an understanding of how an agency makes money

Understands what Marketing is all about
Understands the role of the brand in the clients’ total business or portfolio
