Who We Are:

We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Position Overview:

• Understand customer requirements by reviewing client’s manual and protocol;
• Involved in product development, review development sample amp; test sample;
• Involved in process development, identify quality risks;
• Monitor production quality amp; process improvement;
• Handle customer complaint, analysis root cause and implement corrective actions

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering science
• Have one or more category experience: Metal, Wood, Plastic, Ceramic, Surface treatment
• Good written English; fluent oral English is an extra advantage;
• Willing to travel to factory frequently
• Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
