About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in China to help us turn great ideas into great results. You will be responsible for rolling out the brand strategy in the market, ensuring brand consistency and leading the marketing campaigns and other projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and rollout of the marketing strategy in order to help achieve the Communications and Sales objectives for China.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and display advertising campaigns, mainly focused on our China Market (Baidu, Tmall, etc.) across residential and business audiences.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence in China (Wechat, Weibo, etc.)
  • Design, build and maintain our flagship store in Tmall and Jing Dong.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in both mainland China and APAC. Run RFP processes to select agency partners and onboard and manage these teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies in both mainland China and APAC.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Ensure the Wallbox brand is consistently and effectively communicated according to the global guidelines, and adapted locally when appropriate
  • Manage and set processes effectively with the internal team, stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Act as a point of contact and project manager with HQ Marketing team.
  • Ensure the quality of the delivered projects and campaigns.
  • Supervise the creation of creative assets for China and APAC, following the brand identity, lookamp;feel and tone of voice.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and a high level of English are mandatory. Spanish or any other European language is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in Marketing. Previous experience either in Technology or Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience leading digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns across various Chinese platforms.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Baidu and Tmall campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Taoshuju or Shengyi Camou).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Must have experience in optimizing media campaigns.
  • Proficient in copywriting. Basic design skills are a plus.
