Finance
- Handle full set of books, management reporting and liaison with auditor and tax
- Responsible for company and personal related tax-related matters
- Coordinate the relationship between the company and government departments such as banks, industry and commerce, taxation, statistics, and auditing, and safeguard the company's interests
- Responsible for the company's financial management and internal control, complete the annual financial budget according to the company's business development plan, and track its implementation
- familiar with VAT and transfer pricing
HR
- Develop recruitment plans, recruitment procedures, conduct interviews and screenings, and coordinate with various departments;
- Responsible for organizing personnel recruitment, selection and deployment, employee incentives, assessment, promotion, resignation, social security, etc.; formulate job descriptions for various departments of the company, establish employee files, and do a good job in human resource information management and maintenance;
- Responsible for handling labor relations and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in finance related majors;
2. At least 5 years of financial management work experience;
3. Intermediate accounting certificate/certified accountant certificate is preferred.
4 Proficient in English
