  • Collaborate with CN teams (marketing, product, HR etc.) and lead agencies to develop on-brand executions
  • Define and manage the PR strategy using a variety of media
  • Facilitate employee branding initiatives
  • Support basic translations of Chinese contents/names to English
  • Facilitate internal workshops and conduct consumer interviews
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Analyze consumer insights
  • Communicate our brand internally and align company around foundational ideas

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Have a working background in the education industry, brand or market
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Overseas study or work experience is preferred
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets or for overseas audiences
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Creative judgement
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to communicate well in English
  • Up-to-date with latest trends across marketing and media best practices in and outside of China
  • Proven ability to develop brand and IMC marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
