As an ecommerce coordinator, you play an important role to support the team in operations and sales support. You get access to the latest trend in China ecommerce, cope with the changes in the market and provide constructive ideas to help team to grow further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily liaison with both internal team and TP to ensure smooth operations of the eCommerce platforms, including Tmall amp; Little Red Book
- Compile and distribute routine reports to monitor necessary KPIs
- Responsible for cross border product registration preparation by coordinating with global amp; local team
- Stock supply tracking and coordinating with internal team amp; TP to ensure sufficient stock to support the business need
- Follow up on after sales services amp; report preparation and analyse consumer insights.
- Conduct research to gain access to up-to-date market trends in the digital industry
- Provide administrative support to eCommerce Team
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Reporting Relationships:
- This role reports to Assistant Ecommerce Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in eCommerce/Business Administration/Logistics or above in related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in e-commerce
- Solid experience in China 3rd party ecommerce platform, e.g. Tmall, Little Red Book, JDWW, with cross-border experience is highly preferred
- Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
- Innovative and be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, and is able to work independently under tight schedule
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate is eligible to work in mainland China
