As the Creative Director, you will set the creative vision for Charlotte Tilbury and build a global creative studio that caters to the needs of an always-on digital marketing model. As a brand, we want to inspire our consumers and our communities with innovative content for digital, physical, and metaverse touchpoints. Your mission is to lead and create a top-class creative team and to build out a vast network of external creative partners and agencies. You will be working with key marketing functions such as brand management, digital, and physical retail marketing teams as well as regional and cross functional business teams.
You have experience in building and transforming brands, multimedia design, and creative direction. You understand how to translate authentic brands in the fields of makeup, fashion and lifestyle towards a Gen Z audience.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

- Lead, design and execute variety of marketing assets including all celebrity and non-celebrity media, from photography, video, animation, etc.
- Develop a comprehensive creative strategy and aligned with branding and marketing planning.
- Set strategic storytelling solutions translating the creative strategy on to different social media platform.
- Work with content marketing team or agency to design and plan all media materials; pre and postproduction.
- Act as a mentor to departmental employees, and provide ongoing feedback, mentorship and guidance for designers

- This role reports into the Marketing Director APAC
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a creative marketing management position; agency background is accepted.
- Exceptional creative and artistic vision and a strong sense of understanding in building brand
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with cross function departments
- Highly skilled in: Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Capture One Pro, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Basic knowledge in other Asian languages is a bonus
