Now, about the opportunity: In the Account Director role you’re responsible for client servicing and project management of one of our key luxury accounts.
You identify with our DNA of passion (we’re ambitious nerds that love craft), action (we love speed, efficiency and no bs) and trust (lot’s of teamwork, partnership and ownership).
In this role you will:
1. Client servicing: you build strong rapport and trust with your clients and you advise them on their (digital/social) marketing challenges based on your solid expertise.
2. Project management: as an account leader you’re accountable for the timely delivery, within budget and to the highest quality, of the projects from the accounts you manage. Building on your in-depth understanding of strategy, creative, content, digital, and social in China.
Responsibilities:
Experience you already have:
· Have worked at least 6 years in project management / client servicing / account management roles in the creative/digital/advertising/marketing industry of Shanghai
· Have an impressive portfolio of complex campaigns that you delivered, luxury is a plus
· Fluent in English and Chinese (both required, written and spoken)
· Digital-native with solid China social/digital know-how
· Process-driven thinker with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills
· Business-consultant that can advise senior clients on their business and marketing challenges
· Experienced on both social retainer operations amp; campaign
· Competent in writing briefs, debriefs, contact reports, simply strategic deck
