HR Lead

• Act as a trusted HR advisor and sounding board for Shanghai Tech Leadership teams
• Proactively partner with leadership teams to identify areas of improvement and define solutions to meet business requirements and needs in aligning with business and HR strategy
• Support Regional Head of HR to drive and implement people agenda in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience, OD, Camp;B, workforce planning, Lamp;D, etc. to support the growth of business
• Manage end to end employee life cycle, including leave management
• Ensure the data accuracy and up-to-date of employee database in HRIS
• Hiring all open positions in Shanghai and build talent pipeline to meet long term business needs
• Support business to build high performance culture via performance management process and organization development interventions
• Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance of company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements, and WPP group policy
• Support global initiates including but not limited to HRIS implementation and transformation
• Build trustful and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Oversees Admin function for local office to ensure smoothness of daily office operation
• Support other ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 6 years of experience in a HR business partner role, including a minimum of 2 years exp. focus in Talent Acquisition is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of local employment legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a must
• Result orientated, agile, organized, self-motivated, willing to take challenge
