In this position, you will work as a Consultant of our Professional Services Organization, providing offsite, post-go-live application administration for Ramp;D Vault customers. Veeva Vault, our cloud-based content management and collaboration solution, is used by our customers to manage content-centric processes across key departments within a life sciences company, including clinical trials, quality management, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, and marketing.
Our customers are from Global and we mainly focus to make Asia customers satisfied with our EAM services. Qualified candidates will be able to learn things quickly and willing to grow with Veeva. Be capable to engage with multiple partners using English with good communication skills, manage expectations across parties, and smart in moving things forward and prioritize tasks.What You'll Do
- Provide post-go-live application Consulting and Administration
- Manage customer internal System Release Cycles, including:Schedule and assessment of customer releases; Analysis and deployment of new product features; Maintenance of Production and Sandbox environments; Execute Customer Change Requests
- Support Tier 2.5/3 for Customer daily activities, including: Ad-hoc QAs/How-tos and knowledge transfer; Troubleshooting system configuration issues; Support Data loading/Analysis tasks
- Interact with various internal Veeva teams including Product Support, CSM, and Product Strategy to ensure customer needs are well understood and the client is satisfied with the product
Requirements
- 5+years’ workingexperienceinthe ITindustry and 2+ years’ experience with facing foreign (English speaking) customers
- Willing to learn new things
