The RoleWe are looking for an experienced medical consultant who will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, forming customer solutions, winning new business, managing relationships, and improving product innovation.What You'll Do
- Responsible for KOL product innovation and KOL product design
- Quickly grasp business knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
- Own forming customer solutions and presales
- Win new business and managing relationships
- To exceed sales targets by selling KOL solutions into enterprise accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in medicine or statistics
- 8+ years of working experience. 4+ years of product management experience, and 2 years of sales experience
- Data analysis or related ability
- Understand the strategic work of a Pharma company
- Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience in medical or marketing department in Multi-National (MNC) pharma company
- Experience in designing an HCP KOL product
