The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will drive innovation and feature designs in Veeva’s CRM product line. The candidate is directly responsible for designing innovative features that will address market needs to provide rich user experiences while maintaining a streamlined user experience.What You'll Do- Drive strategic direction of the Veeva product lines as a product owner
- Collect and analyze business requirements from customers or other customer-facing teams
- Design innovative product features based upon industry requirements
- Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology
- Collaborate with distributed development teams for feature completion
- Provide support to all areas in the organization including Sales, Marketing, Services amp; Support
- Demonstrate product features to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements- University degree, Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred
- 2+ years of product management experience in the enterprise software domain (CRM/ERP preferred)
- Agile, adaptable, and capable of delivering new products and features iteratively
- Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback, assessing needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Based in Beijing
