The Role
We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant in China to drive sales for our cloud-based Customer Relationship Management(CRM) suite amp; Commercial Content suite into major life science organizations. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for educating the customer during the sales cycle, including creating and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers. Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it focuses on growing market share in China. You will be directly working with and supporting a Veeva Account Executive acting as the trusted technical advisor. What You'll Do
  • Managing pre-sales related activities in the whole selling life cycle
  • Identify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization
  • Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
  • Play as partial CSM(customer success manager) to help customers increase the ROI from Veeva commercial products
  • Build solid collaboration with cross function teams that will include sales, services, product and support.
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent company at key events
Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ saas software pre-sales experience
  • At least 5 years’ IT industry background
  • Excellent client facing skills and proven track record
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
  • University Degree
  • FluentinEnglish
Nice to Have
  • Pharma Industry experience and existing pharma company stakeholder network
  • Familiar with SFDC cloud application
  • Experience with regulated event management systems
  • Experience with regulated content management systems
