The RoleWe are growing fast in China and are looking for a Practice Manager to support this growth by leading the Professional Services for our Ramp;D and Quality applications. A Veeva Services Practice Manager is a service professional who will build and develop the skill set of a team, sell implementation projects, and provide delivery excellence by working side-by-side with customers.What You'll Do
- Manage the team: oversee, hire, and expand the team. Provide leadership to consultants. Drive utilization of the team and increase the delivery of billable engagements for Veeva Services
- Develop the Practice: make our customers always more successful by improving our operating model, creating new services offering, and more broadly thinking outside of the box
- Scope and Sell Projects: understand customer needs for each project, assess the implementation efforts and provide the best implementation strategy with a focus on long-term success
- Oversee projects: act as the Sponsor and escalation points for Projects-related matted in China
Requirements
- 7+ years of software implementation experience in a regulated industry
- Has grown and led a professional services team of at least 5 people
- Direct experience selling and managing implementation programs
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior-level Executives at large companies)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
