Act as a liaison for TAT Technologies in support of a partnership with our customer in Shenzhen, China for the repair of heat transfer equipment. This position will be physically located in the customer facility and support technical matters, supporting but not supervising the quality and oversight of the operations. The On-site Coordination Manager will provide reports to TAT Technologies regarding production levels, revenue, technical concerns and adherence to the Agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support technical requirements
- Ability to read and understand drawing and specifications
- Oversight of the operations at customer facility
- Track the number of units processed at each level of repair through the operation
- Reporting to TAT Technologies on production, revenue, and other items of importance
- Support in sales activities
- Involvement in marketing forum, ability to travel up to 30%
- Auditing to the partnership agreement
- Adherence to agreement terms and royalty calculations
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Preferred finance background
- Marketing experience
- 10 years Aerospace MRO experience
- Experience working in the Far East and China
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read drawings
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Knowledge in FAA, EASA, CAAC Regulations
- Assertive, self-driven personality
- Capability with computers, communication, Zoom meetings
- Auditing capability
- Effective use of Microsoft Office, email and Zoom
