Job Description
We are looking for a Producer to take charge of the world’s leading consumer electronics brand. Candidates must have a creative eye and exceptional organization skills, excellent client relationship management capabilities.
You will cooperate with the worldwide marketing communications department, and work on many high-impact projects. You will take charge of the management of marketing localization project of Greater China, preside as the project lead and executor between global and local team.
[Key Responsibilities]
Common activities include:
Managing small- and large-scale projects
Work with team members and client remotely and on-site
Liaising with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly
Manage interactive projects resources, production timelines, identify critical path / dependencies to drive project forward and ensure quality execution and implementation.
Provide usability insights and click path optimization recommendations based on strong understanding of consumer online behavior patterns as they relate to corporate sites.
Act as geo liaison for interactive infrastructure related programs including translation, software, web development, etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detailed-oriented. The candidate should be process driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A producer requires a wide range of abilities. These include:
Minimum 3 years’ experience of similar roles for complex marketing organizations with demonstrated ability to set goals and deliver results on schedule.
Must be a strong Producer who is proactive, highly organized, excellent at multitasking, comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team member.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
Experience of working in all creative disciplines
A full knowledge of digital production processes
A proven track record in fast paced environments
The ability to push a team to deliver high quality work
Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
Strong influential and cross-functional coordination abilities
Working normal office hours for the majority of the time, some projects may demand commitments outside this time frame to meet deadlines and communicating with client
