Job Description
1. Management of electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment
SOP Prepare and revise SOP for maintenance and operation of electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment, and carry out training and implementation
PPMDevelop and update ppm plan for electrical, automatic control, instrumentation and power equipment, implement and follow up
Formulation, control and management of maintenance cost budget for electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment
Continuous improvement of instrumentation and power equipment
Participate in regular updating of spare parts list of electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment and regular updating of safety stock of spare parts warehouse
RCAOrganize technical analysis meeting (or RCA) to solve electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment faults and deviations, increase equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
5S5S work in distribution room, spare parts warehouse and office
2. Energy and power management
Weekly, monthly, annual statistics, analysis of the company's power, energy use, preparation of energy statements and development of the company's energy efficiency improvement plan
3.Project management
Responsible for the assigned project management
4Personnel management
Work out the work plan of subordinates, track and summarize the completion and report
According to the company's relevant systems to manage subordinates, improve work efficiency, technical level and company culture construction requirements
PMSMonthly performance evaluation and feedback, annual PMS evaluation and feedback
Develop annual training plan for electrical, automatic control, instrumentation and power, and provide guidance to subordinates
5.Safety production responsibility system and safety double system
Responsible for electrical, automatic control, instrumentation, power and other functions, safety production responsibility system and safety double system
Requirements
Familiar with electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment maintenance knowledge and maintenance skills
Familiar with the national and other relevant standards of electrical, automatic control, instrument and power equipment and facilities maintenance, installation and engineering
Personnel and cost management
Project management experience
PCS7Master SIEMENS PCS7 programming
Good command of English reading, writing and conversation
5More than 5 years electrical, automation maintenance and engineering management experience
