Job Description
The IT project leader for finance leads IT projects in the finance area from initiation to business value realization. In partnership with finance, the IT project leader designs and implements all information processes and systems needed to achieve sustainable goals setup for his/her project. The IT project leader acts as System Matter Expert for all SAP systems used by the finance function and maintains and develops those systems in line with the finance and IT strategy of the company.

•Manages projects. •Engineers business processes. •Proposes and implements solutions. •Acts as System Matter Expert. •Maintains IT systems. •Maintains technical and training documentation •Organizes functional forum and train the trainers. •Contributes to the end user support (in 2nd line). •Manages relationship with IT vendor. •Follows market trends and industry best practices with the aim of applying them to propose innovative solutions.

•With Business Process Owners and IT Partner for FI, develops the IT systems of finance and controlling in line with Business and IT strategy. •With project team, delivers the project on time, in budget and according to specifications. •With other ITBP’s, integrates processes in other business domains.

Requirements
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems for finance and controlling (SAP FI, CO, PA, CCA, PC and PCA)
- Strong project management skills. Delivers project on time, in budget and according to specifications.
- Independent and reliable worker
- Team player.
- Strong communications and inter-cultural skills.
- Understanding of IFRS, Local GAAP, SarbOx and GDPR requirements.
- Experience with SAP S4HANA
Minimum years of experience
- Min 5 years of experience as SAP finance consultant and project manager in IT for finance.
