1) Arrange production plan and demand plan according to the actual order or sales forecast.
2) Monitoring and coordination of the implementation of production schedule and production plan to ensure the delivery date.
3) Communicate with sales, buyer team on order status and delivery.
4) Coordinate the warehouse, logistic team on the shipment to make sure it’s meet customer’s expectation.
5) Optimize the production planning and control process, optimization of capacity utilization, cooperate with related departments to improve efficiency, reduce production cost.
6) Establishment of the company control of material flow, optimization and control material inventory.
7) To overall control the establishment of goals and objectives management system completion status, propose and follow up improvement plans.
8) Making department work flow, improve the production planning and material control process.
9) Department budget and cost control.
10) Staff motivation, incentive, evaluation, performance review and other management.
11) Establish process improvement and standardization management system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Over 10 years' experience in household or houseware manufacturing business
Excellent communication capability whether in Chinese or English
Hands-on, good at remote reporting
