Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
1. Communicate daily with the Inside Sales Team in the US Corporate Office.
2. Oversee the work progress of the Expeditor role and manage accordingly.
3. Provide the work in process (WIP) status follow up and report, trouble shooting and problem solving on a daily basis.
4. Expedite the production and shipment as specified by the Inside Sales Team.
5. Track orders.
6. Provide accurate production information.
7. Work very closely to ensure accurate information and on-time delivery of goods to appropriate locations.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experiences within the PCB manufacturing industry.
2. Have hands on Experience in PCB Manufacturing process flow.
3. Experience with timing of production process.
4. Plant Customer Service experience a plus.
5. Able to multi-task and work on several jobs at one time.
6. Must be very proficient with Oral and written English.
7. Strong self-initiator.
8. Meticulous / Pays attention to detail.
9. Must be able to work with American Inside sales team.
10. Position requires to work on weekends as and when necessary.
