The Role:
Our Integration Analyst will sit within our Business Systems team, monitoring, supporting and fixing issues that arise with our integrations. This role will be providing daily summaries of issues and fixes and maintain operational service. We are looking for a natural problem solver who can build relationships with stakeholders across the tech team and who is a natural self-starter
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, configure and fix issues in integrations / Dell Boomi processes and supporting technologies.
- Provide daily summary of issues, fixes, and test results to technical team.
- Maintain operational services in middleware, Liaison with technical and business teams
- Contribute in development of operational services catalogue, processes flows and technical documentation.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in systems integration with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience and knowledge of SOAP/Rest webservices, Javascript, XML/JSON and CSV.
- Experience of working with TMall and WeChat APIs
- Experience in any other middleware like Dell Boomi, Jitterbit or Mulesoft.
- Experience in supporting role including monitoring of processes, fixing issues, testing, reporting and communicating to various teams.
- A natural self-starter.
- Familiarity with retail product sales, invoice, shipment processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.
- Experience working in Devops model.
