What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the Head of International Sales to execute our China sales and distribution strategy and exceed revenue and profit goals in the territory
  • Territory: Mainland China and Greater China (primarily Hong Kong)
  • Continually evaluate and optimise our China business strategy based on local market context, competitor and industry trends
  • Manage all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals
  • Manage day to day relationships with our channel-exclusive distributors (retail, healthcare and online). Continually monitor, evaluate and identify opportunities to grow their sales and profitability
  • Develop close commercial relationships with key retail, healthcare and EC groups, position us as the category leader and preferred partner
  • Create regular reports of our EC stores pacing vs plan, in-station traffic plan, promotion strategy, sales VS spending, and opportunities of ROI and contribution margin improvements
  • Create regular reports of offline distributors store growth plan, in-store promotion strategy, sales VS spending, and opportunities of ROI and contribution margin improvements
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing China in the execution of our regional marketing plan and campaigns; identify effective trade marketing plans and grow the sell-in and sell-out of our key accounts
