You will be required to assist on various accounts as needed. We are looking for candidate to service leading brands globally for their online retail business in China Mainland. You will be an integral part in shaping the originality and quality of all design related imagery and possess excellent communication skills and creativity that will manifest in fantastic output of design work for the agency.
Requirements
- Bring real creativity to the various briefs received, always be innovative with the design solutions to briefs.
- Work closely with the project leads to add rigor to the process of brief to creative asset to ensure it is in line with the stakeholder’s expectations.
- Define project requirements and deliverable's, prepare scope of work and all relevant documentation
- Prioritize projects and organise/schedule the weekly and monthly workflow
- Develop your direct reports into well rounded designers who can not only functionally develop graphical assets but also add creativity inline with the briefs
- Work closely with Marketing and Account team to produce creative assets to use in the various company communications
- Work closely with the department head to develop the FP Design proposition
