What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced Digital marketing strategist to join our team. You will help us use the latest social and web technologies to achieve our business growth goals in China. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase our brand awareness and drive new users for our technologies from across China. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable collaborating with a team and executing independently as this is Brinc China's first digital marketing position. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with new and existing customers via online channels and all of the most modern Chinese social media platforms. You will have the opportunity to help one of China's fastest-growing early-stage venture capital investors to build their brand across the country.

Key Responsibilities


  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, blogs, etc.)
  • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  • Generate sales leads from digital marketing and marketing activities
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency across all public channels
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Execute and report against all digital marketing efforts for Brinc China
  • Use growth hacking tactics to ensure Brinc achieves our aggressive growth goals for brand awareness and engagement and new users of our technologies
  • Provide good thought leadership strategy and guide creation of contents

Requirements


Must Haves

  • Ability to work in Guangzhou, China
  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager (3 to 5 years expected)
  • Proven experience managing professional social media accounts for business clients
  • Chinese language mastery
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns on various platforms, familiar with popular social media platforms and keep up to date with new platforms
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools and analytic tools to different platforms
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Mastery of Chinese marketing platforms like WeChat, WeChat Video channel, DouYin, Zhihu, etc.

  • English language proficiency
  • Experience growing users/customer bases for software companies
  • Experiences in PR and worked with media before
